Caroline Jacobini, MPH is the Chief Executive Officer at California Pacific Orthopaedics, where she blends strategic leadership with a data-driven approach to optimize operations.

A strong believer in cultivating a values-driven company culture, Caroline empowers her team to achieve outstanding results. She leads a cross-functional team of physicians, physician assistants, and administrative staff across CPO’s five clinics in San Francisco and Marin County. Prior to joining CPO, Caroline held key leadership positions at UCSF, specializing in affiliate program development, provided Revenue Cycle Management Consulting to over 20 health systems, and oversaw electronic medical record software implementation at Epic.

Caroline holds an MPH from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health and a BSBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
