Louise Harrington serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at California Pacific Orthopaedics, overseeing day-to-day clinical operations for the Medical Assistant, Referrals, Authorization, Surgery Scheduling, and PSR departments. Her work centers on improving operational efficiency, optimizing workflows, and strengthening collaboration between clinical and administrative teams.

Previously serving as the Patient Access Manager, Louise managed the practice’s call center and front-desk operations across five office locations. She formalized call center reporting, oversaw appointment scheduling and incoming referrals, and led the Patient Service Representatives and Authorization teams through ongoing coaching and performance support. Louise brought six years of insurance experience, with strong expertise in payor relations and eligibility.

Louise leads with a people-centered approach, currently supporting nearly 60 team members. Through her leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, Louise is dedicated to supporting administrative teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
