Morgan Cavanaugh, PA-C, works collaboratively with Dr. W. Scott Green and Dr. Lindsey Valone, providing comprehensive patient care in the clinic and assisting in surgical procedures. Her clinical scope includes the conservative management of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, as well as preoperative and postoperative patient care.

Ms. Cavanaugh earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, she worked as a medical scribe and technician in an ophthalmology practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Following completion of her degree, she relocated to San Francisco to pursue a fellowship in primary care, where she developed a strong interest in orthopedics. She subsequently joined California Pacific Orthopaedics in 2024.

Originally from North Carolina, Ms. Cavanaugh is an avid Tar Heels basketball fan. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through Pilates, skiing, and running.
